Research & Information Service
The Information Industries Bureau provides a free research and information service (RIS) for Queensland’s small to medium sized ICT businesses as well as to individuals who are looking at establishing a Queensland ICT business.
In accessing RIS, you can request specific market research from our RIS team, or search the RIS Library Listing for books, journals or magazine resources.
Are you eligible to access RIS?
RIS services are free to individuals and Queensland headquartered small to medium ICT businesses. However, agreements with some information service providers such as Gartner restrict access to their services through this channel to businesses with annual revenues under $10 million.
If you wish to request specific market research please fill out the research request form. These requests should be as specific as possible. All requests will be answered in order of receipt.
RIS can assist you with questions such as:
